The clock is ticking now! :)

29 weeks and 6 days!!
(wooo whooo)

4d Ultrasound
For Christmas, Andrew scheduled a 4d ultrasound for me. :) So, last week we went to get a sneak peek at our little guy and what a wonderful experience it was! Unfortunately, we learned that our son is a heavy sleeper and finds the most comfortable position to sit in, is also a rather difficult one for an ultrasound tech to maneuver around. lol. We ended up having to reschedule the appt. because he was just not interested in participating in the fun that day. All he wanted to do was sleep, poor guy! Anyway, yesterday was our 2nd appt. and it went much better! We saw our little guy OPEN HIS EYES! Which I have to say, was not at all as adorable as I thought it was going to be... at first. The first time he did it I was seriously scared, like, it gave me the chills in a "some-ones-going-to-jump-out-of-the-closet-and-get-you" kind of way. But after the initial shock of it, it was incedible. His eyes were opening and closing! He was looking around! It was AMAZING; breathtaking! He also stuck his tongue out a few times, and shot us some big old smiles! :) We tried to play the guessing game, who he's going to look like, but... the only thing we established was that he has hair and he REALLY likes his feet. Again... he had those itty bitty things right up to his face! The tech said that he had his arms crossed behind his head and his feet- right there. Smack dab in the center of his head. We actually have a picture were all you can see are two feet and a forehead and another were he is licking his big toe. He he... as long as he's happy! :)

His Signature Pose.

Seeing him, live in action, reminded me of what a miracle life really is and how truly blessed we all are to be here. Our God is a wonderful God. I hope no one ever forgets that.
